Volunteer with PAWS NY
Upcoming Virtual Orientations
The mission of PAWS NY is to preserve, support, and nurture the human-animal bond for New York City's most vulnerable residents. Every volunteer in our network makes our mission possible on a daily basis.
Volunteers do a number of services such as:
- Walking dogs
- Cleaning cat litterboxes
- Transporting pets to and from vet appointments
- And more.
We also have a robust foster network of those who help foster pets when their guardians are hospitalized.
We hold two virtual orientation sessions each month. The orientations are conducted on Zoom and last about an hour. Thank you for volunteering to help preserve the human-animal bond!
