NO PAW LEFT BEHIND

We’re back and need your help!

The PAWS NY Housecall Program is officially reopen and we have clients in need of your help all over NYC!

In order to meet the needs of all of our 64 of clients and their 88 pets, we have a total of 399 volunteer shifts to help with dog walking, litterbox maintenance, and regular pet care. Plus, we still have some individuals on our waitlist! Currently, we have 145 open shifts, so we need YOU! If you're a current volunteer, find an open shift that fits with your schedule and if you're not yet a volunteer, register for an upcoming Virtual Volunteer Orientation.

Help us make sure there’s No PAW Left Behind!

WHAT NEEDS DO WE HAVE?

Outer Boroughs

Tessa is a sweet but shy cat who lives in Jackson Heights, Queens, and there are lots of clients & pets just like her in the outer boroughs, particularly Brooklyn, Queens, and The Bronx. If you live or work in the area, sign up for an outer borough shift!

Upper Manhattan

Maxine and Paris, a Chihuahua and Terrier/Chihuahua mix, live near East 129th Street and Lexington Avenue, and there are cats and dogs all over Upper Manhattan and the Bronx who need your support. Hop on the train and help out!

High-Needs Clients

Lucy, who lives on the Upper East Side, says hi to her new volunteers! Her guardian has multiple health concerns, and Lucy needs at least one walk per day. Sign up to join Lucy's team and help her get her daily walks!
